Payments for Glowstar Shoe Repair services are collected according to the quote confirmed before work begins on glowstar.skin.

• Accepted methods are confirmed by email from studio@this site and may include card or local transfer depending on Qatar norms.
• Glowstar Shoe Repair wrote the payment notes for this site separately from other service tracks — confirm fit via studio@this site.
• Deposits for custom work are non-refundable once materials are ordered, unless we cancel the booking.

If we must cancel, prepaid fees for unfinished work are refunded within fourteen business days.

Workshop seats can be transferred once with forty-eight hours notice; no-shows forfeit the seat fee.

• Refund requests should include booking date, service name, and contact details used on this site.
• Charge disputes should first contact studio@this site so we can reconcile invoices against studio logs.
• Prices shown in conversation are in local currency for Doha unless otherwise stated.
